- You approve and pay the shipping. We only ship after you say yes.
- You receive a tracking number when the parcel leaves Nairobi.

Customs and import taxes
Orders shipped outside Kenya may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. These are set by your customs office and are paid by the buyer. We describe every parcel accurately on the customs form.
